Do I need to create a new account?
If you already have a MuDoMix account, just sign in and your Closed Beta access is created automatically. If not, sign up using the "Join" button.
Will beta progress be kept?
Progress may be reset. Only officially announced rewards will carry over to launch.
Where will the VIP be delivered?
The VIP goes to the account registered in the closed beta, on the official server. It counts after the beta. Accounts with VIP gold get VIP gold; VIP silver accounts get 30 days of VIP silver.
How do I receive the top 50 prize in R$?
The balance will be available for withdrawal or spending inside the server on the official site after the Closed Beta ends. To withdraw, just request it in the user panel; payment is instant.
I forgot my password, now what?
Use "Forgot your password?" on the login and answer your secret question to set a new password.
